We charge a flat rate of $350/hour for one-off strategic advice on any number of topics. Schedule an hour using our convenient scheduling system anytime you need help. This flexible model is right for you if you need an expert to talk through a problem, or coaching to elevate your approach.
Retainer Packages
Predefined packages offer dedicated support and ongoing guidance at a discounted rate, starting at $3000/month. These packages combine weekly meeting times with customized deliverables, providing executive leadership for your org at entry-level prices.
Project-Based Pricing
In rare cases, we may find that project-based pricing is best for you. This model is generally for large projects that can be clearly defined and scoped, like spearheading a technology conversion project. These generally start in the $7000 range.
